Important
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account

Delete from the App
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Dēto app:
- Open the Dēto app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision

Request via Email
If you can't access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to support@deto.app
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your account profile and settings
- All content and data you've created
- Your usage history and preferences
- Any associated personal information
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate
Your account will be deactivated and you will be logged out
- 30 days
All your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
- 90 days
Data removed from backup systems (where applicable)
